  Once I notified Trident Society of my loss, the staff was there to answer my questions, to guide me through the process of notifications and give me the options for the final processing of the Trident Society options. I also have the program and have all of the confidence in the support that my Children will receive upon my passing. Obviously it was a difficult process, but I knew I always had a source to call for any questions I might have. I'm extremely satisfied with the Trident Society program.

  I want to say thank you very, very, much to Michael Delgadillo the funeral director and staff at Trident Society they treated our family exceptionally well and I want to share our experience for others whom may be considering using the Trident Society. Our father passed this month at his home in Huntington Beach unexpectedly. Our Mom called the number on the Trident membership card that Dad had kept in his wallet, keep in mind this was at 3am and they arrived 30 minutes later and were so kind to our Mom during this time. I was so worried because I wasn't there but they treated my Mom with dignity and respect! The whole process was comforting because we never felt alone and Michael Delgadillo was there to answer our questions and make all of the arrangements at Miramar National Veteran Cemetery which worried us as that was Dads final wishes to be placed there. They handled everything from our Mom's one phone call. There were no additional costs and nothing for us to do and it was a relief to us that Dad made these arrangements 18 years ago but still, there weren't any additional costs. Thank you Mr. Delgadillo! For for everything! We really appreciate your professionalism during our loss!

  Thank you Trident! My grandmother passed away and Dale at Trident was sooo helpful. My grandmother was only 63 and it was a shock for my family that she died so suddenly while on vacation in Europe with her friends. We were so scared but Dale was a blessing to have handling our Grandmothers cremation. Dale had her cremated in France and her ashes shipped home it took 11 days total to get the ashes back to us and there were no extra costs even the shipping was included. I guess my grandma prearranged the service many years ago. We sent a thank you card to the staff at the San Diego Trident Society to "attention Dale" we hope you received the card and thank you so much!!!!!
